Oake Knoll Ayshires

The Lawtons Family Farm are our neighbors. Well kind of, they are right down the road from us. They make cheese, raise veal, beef, and the best thing of all raw milk. Truly amazing stuff! If you have never tasted it, your missing out on something truly beautiful. After meeting the Lawtons, Rich and I decided that it would be great to buy our beef and asiago cheese from them. Our burgers for our lunch menu will be from right down the street. It doesn't get any fresher than that!

Maxixe Brazilian Cucumbers

These cucumbers were given to me by some friends from Atlas Farm at the farmer's market yesterday. I've had so many thoughts and ideas on what to do with them, but at the end of the day I want to keep it simple. Pickles!
